* Yang Support of submodule, include and belongs-to.

* Improved unknown handling
* Configure option `CLICON_YANG_DIR` is changed from a single directory to a path of directories
    * Note CLIXON_DATADIR (=/usr/local/share/clixon) need to be in the list
